Money-Back Policy

This Money-Back Policy outlines the conditions under which Users may cancel a subscription and request a refund for purchases made directly through our Website.

This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Use, unless explicitly stated otherwise.



The purpose of this Policy is to ensure transparency regarding cancellations, refund eligibility, processing requirements, and jurisdiction-specific rights.



1. How to Cancel Your Subscription



If you wish to cancel your subscription purchased on our Website, you must submit a cancellation request by emailing us at support@azora-astro.com.



Please note the following requirements:



  1. Your request must be submitted no later than 24 hours before the end of your trial period or before the current subscription cycle ends.
  2. After receiving your cancellation request, we will review it and provide clear instructions on how to finalize the cancellation to prevent future charges.

Cancellation becomes effective only after you follow the instructions we provide following your email request.



2. How to Request a Refund



If you have submitted a valid cancellation request in accordance with Section 1 but were nevertheless charged due to a technical or processing error, you may request a refund — provided that all conditions listed below are met.



To be eligible for a refund, the following requirements must be fulfilled:



Eligibility Criteria



You may submit a refund request only if:



a) The purchase was made directly through our Website (not through Apple App Store, Google Play, or any other external platform).



b) You contacted us within 14 days from the date of your initial purchase and before your current subscription period ends.



c) You submit a written refund application to support@azora-astro.com containing ALL of the following details:



  1. The email address used for your purchase
  2. The payment method used (e.g., PayPal, bank card)
  3. The date of the transaction
  4. A payment receipt or other valid proof of purchase
  5. A brief explanation describing why you believe a refund is warranted


Important notes about eligibility



  1. Only refund requests that fully meet all of the above requirements are considered valid under this Policy.
  2. Refunds issued under this Policy apply only to your most recent subscription cycle.
  3. This Policy does not apply to refund requests based on:

    1. personal preferences (e.g., “I didn’t like the product”),
    2. misunderstanding of subscription terms (e.g., “I didn’t expect auto-renewal”),
    3. financial concerns,
    4. general dissatisfaction unrelated to technical errors.


Exclusions



Refunds are not available for:



  1. purchases made through App Store,
  2. purchases made through Google Play,
  3. subscription renewals (once a subscription renews, the fee becomes final),
  4. any situation other than a qualifying technical or payment-processing error.


Processing Your Refund Request



Once we receive your completed application:



  1. We will review your request and notify you by email whether it has been approved.
  2. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  3. Refunds are generally processed within up to 30 days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Important Statement



Unless expressly stated in this Policy or required by applicable law, all fees paid for subscriptions or one-time purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If your request does not meet the conditions outlined in Section 2, you will not be eligible for a refund.



However, in exceptional circumstances, we may evaluate refund requests that fall outside this Policy on a case-by-case basis and may grant a refund at our sole discretion.



This discretionary consideration does not create any obligation for future cases.



Note for EU, EEA, and Switzerland Residents



If you reside in the European Economic Area or Switzerland, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract for digital services within 14 days from the date the agreement is concluded.



However, this right is subject to the following:



When withdrawal rights do not apply



Your right to withdraw does not apply once:



  1. you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content or service, and
  2. you acknowledge that you will lose your right to withdraw once the digital service is delivered or activated.


This typically occurs when:



  1. you gain instant access to purchased digital content,
  2. or the subscription is activated immediately upon payment.


Partial Refund Rights



If you request withdrawal within the 14-day period and the service has only been partially provided, you may be entitled to a proportional refund for the unused portion.



Immediate Access Notice



By completing a purchase of a digital item (e.g., PDF, video, or similar downloadable content), you explicitly authorize us to provide the content immediately.

As a result, you waive your right to withdraw.



This means that refunds will only be granted if the content is defective or not delivered as promised.



Note for Certain U.S. Residents



If you reside in California or Connecticut, you may cancel your purchase at any time before midnight of the third business day after the transaction date, and we will refund the full amount you paid.



This right applies only to residents of these states and only to qualifying purchases as specified by applicable consumer protection laws.
