Billing Terms

1. Pricing



Users can purchase subscriptions and/or one-time access directly through our Website.

Current pricing for all available plans is displayed on the Website before checkout.



We offer:



  1. auto-renewable subscriptions, which provide continuous access to premium features, content, and services;
  2. one-time purchases, which grant access to specific content or features without renewal.


Each subscription renews automatically at the end of its billing cycle unless the User cancels it beforehand.

We encourage Users to carefully review the displayed pricing before activating a trial or completing a purchase.



Please note:



  1. prices may exclude bank fees or transaction charges imposed by your payment provider;
  2. taxes applicable in your jurisdiction may be added to the final price.


We may modify subscription and one-time purchase prices at any time. If you do not agree with the updated pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.

Continued use of the Services after the new pricing becomes active constitutes acceptance of the revised price.



2. Trial Periods (Free or Low-Cost)



We may occasionally offer a free trial or a low-cost introductory trial (for example, $1) that provides temporary access to the Service for a limited period, typically three days.



Key conditions:



  1. The trial terms will always be clearly displayed on the pricing screen before you complete your purchase.
  2. If no trial is indicated at checkout, the purchase you make will begin immediately without a trial period.
  3. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the payment method associated with your account will be automatically charged the standard subscription price shown on the payment screen.
  4. After the trial converts to a paid subscription, it becomes subject to automatic renewal unless canceled.


The purpose of trial periods is to allow Users to evaluate the Service before committing to a full subscription.



3. Subscription and One-Time Purchases



To purchase access to the Service, the User must complete our structured ordering flow, which consists of three sequential steps:



Step 1 — Onboarding / Quiz Flow



Before purchasing, Users are invited to complete a short onboarding quiz.

This questionnaire helps us determine:



  1. the User’s preferences,
  2. personal goals or areas of interest,
  3. and the most suitable Service options.


After completing the quiz, Users are presented with personalized subscription or one-time purchase options available for purchase directly on the Website.



Step 2 — Selecting a Plan & Completing Payment



Once the User selects a payment plan, they are redirected to the checkout screen.

Payment options may include:



  1. bank card,
  2. PayPal,
  3. or other payment methods available at the time of purchase.


Before completing the purchase, the User must provide a valid email address and confirm the payment details.

When payment is successfully processed:



  1. the User sees a confirmation screen containing a personal access link to the App,
  2. short instructions for getting started are displayed,
  3. and an order summary (pricing, plan details, access link) is sent to the User’s email address.


By clicking the button to confirm their purchase, the User acknowledges that they:



  1. understand and accept the content and terms of the order,
  2. agree that the purchase involves a clear payment obligation,
  3. consent to the specified price, plan duration, and features,
  4. and accept all delivery timelines and Service conditions.


Step 3 — Order Confirmation



Immediately after the transaction is completed, an email confirmation is sent to the User.

This email includes:



  1. a personal access link to the App,
  2. instructions for accessing and using the Service,
  3. and guidance on how to cancel the subscription, if applicable.


Subscription Payments



If a User chooses a subscription plan:



  1. They may be required to confirm the purchase with their payment provider.
  2. Their payment method will be charged the price shown on the Website, along with any applicable taxes or fees.
  3. All charges are displayed before checkout.


We are not responsible for errors or issues related to payments processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

We encourage Users to review the terms and policies of these external services before completing a purchase.



Responsible Purchasing



We encourage Users to make subscription and purchase decisions thoughtfully and responsibly.



4. Payment Method



By completing a purchase, the User authorizes the Company to charge all applicable fees to the payment method they provide during checkout.



Charges may occur:

  1. immediately upon confirming the purchase,
  2. or after the expiration of any trial period (if a trial was offered and selected).


The payment method the User submits — whether entered directly on the Website or confirmed through a third-party processor — will be used for:



  1. initial charges,
  2. recurring subscription renewals,
  3. and any taxes or transaction fees imposed by the User’s financial institution or jurisdiction.


It is the User’s responsibility to ensure that their payment method remains valid and up to date. Failed or expired payment methods may result in unsuccessful renewal attempts or interruptions in access to the Service.



5. Cancellation of Subscription



All subscriptions purchased on the Website renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price of the chosen plan, unless canceled in advance.



Important rules and conditions:



Cancellation Deadline



To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle:



  1. Users must request cancellation at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period or the current subscription term.
  2. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
  3. Failure to cancel on time will result in an automatic charge for the next subscription period.


How to Cancel



If the User wishes to cancel their subscription purchased via the Website:





After expiration of the subscription:



  1. access to the Service, including premium content, will cease unless a new subscription is purchased.


Platform Restrictions



Important:

Subscriptions purchased through our Website cannot be managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.



Cancellation and management must be handled directly through us, as described above.



Refund Policy



Refunds are governed by our Money-Back Policy, available on our Website.

Users should review that policy to understand eligibility and procedures for requesting a refund.
